Bringing COLORS to the apiary

Color ... in the hive

QuickFrame® brings something new to the your bee yard: true color choice in honey bee frames.

Our plastic sidebars are available in multiple color options, allowing you to color-code hives by purpose (brood, honey, inspections, queen projects), season, or yard location—or simply match your hive bodies and personal style.

Beekeepers are already embracing color in hive equipment and protective gear; QuickFrame® extends that same visual organization and personality to the frames themselves.

For retailers and clubs, the color options also create an eye-catching, differentiated product on the shelf that no “plain wood” frame can match.

Quick ... save time assembling frames

The QuickFrame® design allows frame assembly in seconds…
...LITERALLY SECONDS.
The plastic sidebars and wooden top and bottom bars simply slide into place and can be secured with a few simple nails as needed — no glue, no finicky stapling, and no trying to hit a tiny target area. This avoids crooked fasteners and split wood that often ruin a traditional frame before it ever reaches the hive.
  • STEP ONE: Attach the QuickFrame® sidebars to the Top and Bottom wood pieces.
  • STEP TWO: Tap in one or more nails (as needed) into each of the frame's sidebar corners.
  • No Gluing. No Stapling. No Split Fasteners. No Split Wood.
Whether you’re building a handful of frames or outfitting an entire apiary, QuickFrame® turns a tedious task into a fast, repeatable process.

Versatile ... flexible configurations

QuickFrame® is built to work with the way you keep bees today — and how you might want to manage them in the future.
Use it as a basic frame, add horizontal support wires for heavy honey crops, or pair it with your preferred foundation style, whether that’s wax (starter strip or a full sheet) or plastic foundation inserts,
The design accepts the most common hive configurations, so you can drop QuickFrame® right into your existing boxes alongside your current frames.
One frame concept - with multiple ways to configure it - and the flexibility to adjust as your beekeeping practices evolve.

Resilient ... stronger, longer lasting

Last for Years and Years...
At the heart of QuickFrame® is a pair of durable plastic sidebars engineered to outlast and outperform commonly used soft woods.
Resists Damage.
These sidebars resist damage from hive tools, won’t splinter or crack like wood, and are far less attractive to pests such as wax moths and hive beetles.
No Gluing! No Stapling!
No more tedious gluing o stapling; the wooden top and bottom bar simply insert into the QuickFrame® to create a rigid, twist-resistant structure that holds up under daily use and repeated honey harvests, year-after-year.

Maintenance ... replaceable wood

Not Proprietary.
No Special Tools Needed.
QuickFrame® is built for long-term use and simple upkeep.

The plastic sidebars do the heavy lifting, while the top and bottom bars are intentionally non-proprietary and easy to remake.

If pests chew or weaken the wood over time, you can simply cut new bars from basic pine (or any common lumber) with standard tools—no special jigs, no custom hardware, and no need to replace the entire frame.

QuickFrame® ...specifics

DEEP

The QuickFrame® DEEP is a standard Langstroth deep frame in both size and function.

It drops straight into your existing deep hive bodies and works with your current setup—no special hardware, no box modifications, and no change to your management style.

Use it anywhere you would normally run a traditional deep frame, with your preferred foundation and extraction methods.

MEDIUM

The QuickFrame® MEDIUM matches the dimensions of a traditional Langstroth medium frame.

It fits all standard medium hive bodies and is fully compatible with your existing equipment and workflow.

If you already run medium supers for honey production, you can swap in QuickFrame® MEDIUM frames without changing boxes, tools, or techniques.

MEGA

The QuickFrame® MEGA is a new concept that combines the working depth of a DEEP+MEDIUM into one extra-tall frame, used in a dedicated MEGA hive body.

Instead of running double deeps, you can house the same vertical brood space in a single MEGA box with MEGA frames.

This means fewer boxes to lift, fewer components to break down, and simpler inspections—just open one box, and work one set of frames.
